My Story

Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’m passionate about helping others improve their quality of life. I believe we are all designed to feel, connect, and explore both our inner and outer worlds, and I strive to create an atmosphere where you feel brave enough to do so.

My journey with movement began in 2012, when I discovered Pilates while studying Psychology at the University of Utah. Drawn to its transformative power, I found a deep connection between mind and body, igniting my passion for holistic wellness. This exploration led me to advanced training in Pilates, and I became a Master Instructor at Streamline Pilates, where I’ve been teaching since 2015.

Over the past decade, I have guided individuals through mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic practices, witnessing how health naturally improves when we cultivate the mind-body connection. My teaching style focuses on calming the nervous system, grounding the body, and cultivating presence, creating a centered and meditative experience. Most describe my movement sessions as intentional, nurturing, and therapeutic—a space where you can connect with your body in a meaningful way.

My Approach & Services

I offer an integrative, whole-person approach to well-being, blending movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation to support your unique journey. My work includes:

  • Somatic Guidance – Using movement and breath practices to foster body awareness, release tension, and regulate the nervous system.

  • Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) – A listening therapy based on Polyvagal Theory that supports nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

  • Holistic Health Coaching – Guided conversations to help you reflect, clarify, and set meaningful intentions for personal growth and well-being.

Each session is personalized to what is needed that day, whether it’s grounding through movement, integrating a new perspective through dialogue, or deepening nervous system resilience through SSP. My goal is to help you feel more at home in your body and empowered in your well-being.
