Pilates on The Paddle Board

Come flow on the water at a local Utah reservoir and explore movement on a stand-up paddle board. Whether you are newer to paddle boarding or a seasoned paddler, this class will test your balance and core connection in new ways. Our first class will be a meet and greet Pilates class on land to learn the basics. The following class will be on the water trying the moves out on your craft. No Pilates experience necessary, but you must be a confident swimmer and be comfortable standing on a paddleboard.
