My work includes therapeutic movement to influence someones physical well-being and relationship with self, and coaching to help improve their spiritual, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being. I am now able to help clients both in the hour we are together as well as the hours outside of session. I love harnessing the energy that comes from working on physical self improvement to also positively influence other areas of someones life.
